Primarily via contact forms: name, email, optional phone number and message content. We do not perform automated profiling or solely automated decision-making.

Data is used to respond to requests, prepare offers, handle pre-contractual communication and manage the commercial relationship.

We rely on GDPR art. 6(1), as applicable: art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contract/contract), art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest for security and legal defense), and art. 6(1)(a) (consent, where explicitly requested).
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed through technical providers (hosting, forms, email, databases) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Storage period
Data is retained only as long as needed for the declared purpose and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. The contracts platform has separate dedicated legal policies.
